OVERVIEW INTRODUCTION
Robot Palletizer is a common name for automation application that uses industrial robot arms to replace humans to unload goods, stack boxes on plastic or wood pallets, load goods into cartons or plastic bins, plastic trays. Actually, the reality is not just only an industrial robotic arm but Robot Palletizer can be a whole warehouse system that includes conveying system, bar code reading system, safety fence, automatic pallet feeding system or sometimes even PE film wrapping machine… They are really in a whole system that consists of mart warehouse gathers all stages of arranging and operating goods. This is considered the final step in the assembly line, the packaging line before the goods are put into storage or shipped to the customer. Currently, Robot Palletizer has become the perfect choice, helping to automate the packaging process in production completely, with practical benefits for businesses.

The application of Robotic Palletizer for loading goods and lifting robots is simpler and more flexible and replaces workers in many different industrial production fields such as: electrical – electronics, food – beverage, chemicals pharmaceuticals, cars components…. consists of a 4, 5 or 6-axis specialized industrial robot arm with a terminal unit called lifting mechanism that is designed to suit the nature of different products.

+ It is possible to combine one, two or three boxes at the same time based on the palletizing specifications of that type of box for increasing productivity, creating flexibility in stacking boxes on pallets;
+ The safety system of the palletizer robot system in addition to mechanical components such as protective barriers, shielding nets… the system also has electrical components such as light curtain, interlock switch, safety relay… all meet the IEC 62061 standard.
